Our client seeks someone to generate revenue and maintain standard of excellence through delivery of classroom training for IT Service Management area of their portfolio.
Main responsibilities - To generate revenue by undertaking lecturing, consulting and other chargeable work activities as appropriate. To achieve required quality targets as set by Company and determined by delegate evaluations. To maintain up-to date and flexible skills base through personal development and accreditation activities. To complete professional certifications as appropriate To support internal departments with technical advice and support on ad hoc basis as required.
Candidate requirements - Essential:
Min 5 yrs experience in IT Operational role or equivalent consulting experience Min 2 yrs training experience Wide working knowledge of IT environments ITIL Manager?s Certificate Qualified Excellent customer facing, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to share expertise and experience with others. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and cope with stressful situations. Willingness to work in different locations throughout UK and from time to time assignments worldwide. Commercial application of IT expertise in ?real world?. Ability to work independently and within timescales dictated by training schedules.
Desirable:
Some experience of training delegates to ISEB Foundation and Manager?s Certificate level. Excellent team worker. Willing to receive instructions. Honest and open. Security conscious. Can achieve excellent results when working under pressure. Committed to quality. Desire to improve service and facilities. Positive attitude at all times Full UK Driving Licence.
